The California Cadet Corps announces that we are sponsoring a trip to visit Washington DC, Gettysburg National Military Park, and Colonial Williamsburg.

If you have any questions, please email WashingtonDC@cacadets.org, or text 951-412-1766.

You can see where President Lincoln made the Gettysburg Address, and walk in the footsteps of some of our greatest Civil War leaders. See all the major sites in Washington DC and visit California Congressional Offices. This trip will take place July 23-30, 2020, leaving out of LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). You are responsible to get to and from LAX. Other airports may be possible. This trip is open to anyone – cadets, commandants, parents, even friends! Cadets younger than 12 are asked to be accompanied by a parent.

The whole trip is guided by a professional agency that sponsors educational travel. They’re pros – and we’ll benefit!

Don’t lose the opportunity for your cadet to visit some of the most important sites of US history, learning and experiencing history where it happened!

Participants will encounter learning opportunities in a fun environment, enjoy seeing our nation’s treasures, and bond as a group.  Cadets earn the Staff Ride Ribbon!

We’ll have several sessions to explain the trip, give you all the information you need to sign up, and answer all your questions.

To get details about our information sessions, email WashingtonDC@cacadets.org, or text 925-405-7720. We’ll send you connection info and date/time options.  Contact us right away – sign-ups end in December!
