Travel claims are handled in the CACC HQ portal
The travel claims process now runs entirely through CACC HQ. You can file a claim without signing in using the public travel claim portal, or sign in to HQ to file and track your claims in one place. The CALATERS enrollment steps, printed forms, and mail-in instructions that used to live on this page no longer apply.
File a travel claim
Everything happens in CACC HQ. The public portal needs no sign-in and is the quickest way to submit a claim.
Which option should I use?
- Public Travel Claim (no sign-in)Best if you do not have a CACC HQ account, or you just need to submit a single claim. Open the form, fill it in, and attach your receipts.
- CACC HQ (sign in)Best if you travel regularly. Signing in lets you file a claim, check its status, and review your past claims in one place.
