How to submit completed forms:
We now request that all application packets be submitted to: Personnel@cacadets.org
- Before submitting, please reference CACC Form 2 which will serve as a checklist of required documents.
- Ensure that packets are complete before submission.
- Packets will be processed in the order received by Human Resources.
- If items are missing, such as signatures, dates, transcripts/diplomas, completed Live Scan Request, or proof of TB, this will delay the process.
- An email for completion will be sent to applicants for follow-up.
NOTICE - Once your packet is submitted, there is usually a wait time between when the packet is submitted, when the DOJ/FBI completes their background check, and when you complete PAC training. All 3 of those processes must be completed in order for our PUAC Committee to take action on your packet.
